COOKERY DEMONSTRATIONS
Following an extensive 5 month renovation to both the commercial kitchen at Moresby Hall and the commissioning of a Smallbone® demonstration kitchen Jane is now welcoming visitors for Cookery Demonstrations. There are scheduled dates every month but groups of 8 friends can contact Jane to book alternative dates.
The warmth of the maple wood furniture and avant garde lighting ensures a friendly ambience for individuals or friends to come along and learn tips & techniques to interest the “can't cook / won't cook” diehards or home cooks looking for some interesting dinner party ideas.
Each session will demonstrate a starter, main course, pudding, vegetable dish and canapés. Recipes will be provided to take home along with a useful foodie gift from the day.
Lunch is provided and all refreshments ~ Approx 4 hours ~ Cost £50 pp.

For larger groups we will incorporate another activity for the day such as Wine tasting, garden design, flower arranging, make-up tips, Creative crafts and more. So each person will have a morning or afternoon cookery session, lunch in the dining room then a morning or afternoon session in the Orangerie with the activity chosen by the group. The day concludes with afternoon tea prior to departure. It's a great full day out with friends ~ Approx 6 ½ hours ~ Cost £70 pp.
There will be monthly dates throughout 2009 and special dates can be arranged (daytime or evening) for groups of 8 people on request. Evening sessions will include dinner and refreshments.
