A warming Butternut, Carrot and red lentil soup with gnocchi dumplings (V)
A trio of smoked meats, with a parmesan biscuit and blue stilton savoury ice cream garnish
Smoked Haddock & Prawn Kedgeree (mild curry fish risotto)
Coarse farmhouse pate served with redcurrant & balsamic glaze, salad garnish & warm brioche
Green vegetable platter served warm with herby hollandaise sauce and tomato bread (V)
Assorted melon medley with homemade fruit sorbet and berry fruits (V)

Sea Bass with a white wine and parsley & dill sauce, gruyere mash & buttered leeks
Pork fillet stroganoff with chestnut mushrooms, calvados brandy finished with cream and parsley, with a spinach & ham rice timbale
Steak Diane – a prime fillet steak with this classic sauce
Chicken fillets wrapped in Parma ham with a delicate saffron & shallot sauce
Vegetarian dish – Herb cheese fritters with red pepper and cherry tomato crush (V)
All main courses are served with a varied selection of vegetables etc
