A warming Butternut, Carrot and red lentil soup – only mildly spicy (V)

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Ian Mackay to our team. Ian joins us from the award winning Underscar Manor at Keswick working there for 10 years as Head Chef, prior to its recent closure. We are proud to welcome him and are certain his imaginative menus for 2010 will be a success with our guests.
Reservations are from 7.00 pm.

From January 2010 dinner is available to non residents on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
Private dining for groups is available for lunch or dinner Monday to Saturday.
Themed evenings each Thursday night such as Murder Mystery, Gourmet Night, Pasta Night, Supper Club, Vegetarian Night, and cooking from Around The World.
Please don't hesitate to advise of any food allergies or particular dislikes. Unless you have booked the dining room for exclusive use (private function) children must be aged 10 years + to dine in the evening.
