Pea, Pear and Stilton soup (V)

Fresh salmon & prawns in a pink peppercorn pancake with a sweet chilli & lime dressing

Smoked Duck breast salad with goat’s cheese, poached pear and pecan nut dressing

Herb Cheese fritter (3 cheeses) on griddled brioche, salad garnish and tomato chutney (V)

Individual Cottage Pies with crispy cheese, leek and potato mash topping

Assorted melon medley with home made fruit sorbet & berry fruits (V)

Roast pork tenderloin wrapped in pancetta, confit of pork belly, caramelised onions, spring greens & diced carrots served with a green peppercorn & gruyere cheese sauce

Lamb chops with garlic mash, black pudding, red cabbage and minted redcurrant gravy

Chicken fillets in Mediterranean breadcrumbs with Limoncella liquor sauce on a bed of tagliatelle and sautéed wild mushrooms

Pan fried Scampi and Scallops with Newberg sauce served with a spinach and pea rice timbale

Beef Casserole in Jennings ale with puff pastry, roasted root vegetables and Herb Dumplings

Private dining for groups is available for lunch or dinner Monday to Saturday.

Themed evenings the last Thursday night of the month to include Murder Mystery, Pasta Night, Singles Supper Club, Vegetarian Night, and cooking from Around The World.  Please contact Jane for further information.
