Dinner choices at £27.50 pp for 3 courses (£25 pp when pre-ordered in advance)
Friday and Saturday Evenings from 7:30pm
Homemade cream of mushroom soup finished with parsley & croutons (V)
Fish Stack (chilled fresh salmon, smoked salmon & prawns with Marie Rose)
Macaroni Carbonara with tomato & red pepper concasse
Pea & Smoked Ham Risotto with pea puree and parmesan shavings (specify no ham for vegetarian diners)
Herb cheese fritter (3 cheeses) on toasted brioche with salad leaves (V)
Assorted melon medley with lemon sorbet and berry fruits (free choice)

Roast Pork loin with a Roquefort cheese soufflé topping and port sauce
Rack of Herdwick lamb (3 bones) with redcurrant, mint and rosemary jus
Chicken fillets with crispy parmesan and breaded herbs in tomato pepper sauce
Baked Cod topped with Provencal vegetables and a pea puree vol-au-vent
A classic Beef Stroganoff served with a vegetable rice timbale
Vegetarian dish – Pea, Carrot and Broccoli terrine with creamy shallot sauce (V)
All main courses are served with a varied selection of vegetables etc

Blueberry and Frangipane Tart served warm with home made Berry Sorbet
Exotic fruit salad (naturally sweet, no added sugar)
Selection of English cheese & biscuits + glass of port
