Finest game selections pressed into a chilled terrine, served with a beetroot and horseradish relish, micro cress salad and truffle scented brioche
Smoked salmon
Organic Smoked Salmon with baby capers, soft free range egg,
Served with home-made rye bread and herb dipping oil

Locally sourced prime fillet, served with a comfit potato, caramelised shallots, squared carrots, watercress puree and finished with Shiraz wine jus, crispy pancetta, homemade horse radish

Duck breast with green vegetables and macerated cherry sauce, confit of duck with
beetroot relish accompanied with a duck spring roll
