Chicken Caesar salad
Corn fed chicken fillets, garlic croutons, parmesan wafers, anchovies and classic Caesar dressing

Trio of shellfish (£2.50 pp supplement)
Crab and mango timbale, and bound with herb and lime cream fresh, sweet pickled spiced king prawns and a Carpaccio of scallop fresh and micro cress salad

Poached Pear
Whole Pear poached in red wine, with goat’s cheese croquette, and spiced plum chutney

Seasonal Game Terrine
Finest game selections pressed into a chilled terrine, served with a beetroot and horseradish relish, micro cress salad and truffle scented brioche

Smoked salmon
Organic Smoked Salmon with baby capers, soft free range egg, 
Served with home-made rye bread and herb dipping oil

MAIN COURSES

Fillet of Beef (£5.00 pp supplement)
Locally sourced prime fillet, served with a comfit potato, caramelised shallots, squared carrots, watercress puree and finished with Shiraz wine jus, crispy pancetta, homemade horse radish

Barbary duck 
Duck breast with green vegetables and macerated cherry sauce, confit of duck with
 beetroot relish accompanied with a duck spring roll
   
Special breed Pork (outdoor reared Middlewhite / Duroc)
Tenderloin of pork stuffed with papaya served on bubble and squeak, with a pork & chorizo pie,

garnished with caramelised apple ring, mini black pudding and pork crackling   

Pan-fried Halibut
Served with a King Prawn ravioli, Champagne cream sauce, steamed asparagus & sugar snap peas

With sticky coconut rice, sweet pickled cucumbers with fresh lime, coriander and crispy noodles
