Conferences & Seminars

Our FLETCHER suite is an elegant venue for small conferences, seminars, training sessions, board meetings etc.  Evening meetings can also be arranged (subject to availability).

FLETCHER will accommodate 10 - 30 people and is available for ½ day, full days or multiple days as required.  See Seating Styles below.  This 18th century first floor drawing room was completely renovated in January 2006 to a high standard with top quality décor, ergonomic chairs and 1800 mm tables.

We can provide a Data Projector; Lap Top PC, Wireless internet access, OHP, Screen, Flip Chart, TV set for video or DVD and stationery items for attendees. 

Prices include the exclusive use of Moresby Hall reception rooms and the Fletcher Suite. 

Prices

Light refreshments: tea, coffee, fruit juice, iced water, biscuits / home-made cake /fresh fruit, sweeties and mints.  Small cans of chilled soft drinks included.

* A bowl of home made soup and assorted sandwiches can be substituted for the cold platter lunch if preferred.  A complimentary glass of house wine will be offered with lunch.  Please check with the presenter and advise in advance if wine may not be offered to delegates.

For multiple days – choose any of the above to suit with optional dinner and / or accommodation if required. Special diets or dietary requirements catered for on request.

Final numbers should be advised 48 hours prior to the events.  There is a minimum charge 10 delegates.  Non attendees (after final numbers confirmed) charged at ½ price shown above.

Accommodation is available from four en-suite rooms in Moresby Hall and two adjacent cottages on a bed and breakfast or full board basis.  All meals served in Moresby Hall.

We are pleased to advise on the suitability of our property for guests with mobility, hearing or sight disabilities. 
Moresby Hall is a GRADE I listed building so we have a strictly non-smoking policy. Guests may smoke in the grounds or their parked vehicles.
