We anticipate the completion of a stunning 3 bedroom (all en-suite) barn conversion at the rear of Moresby Hall (opposite Rosmerta & Brighida cottages) by the end of 2007. There will also be another 2 one bedroom self catering units in the barn development. All done to a superb standard, with some contemporary aspects to compliment the age of the building.
We are delighted to announce our new GOLD award from the Visit Britain inspectors in August 2007. This gives us the highly coveted rating of 5 stars + GOLD award. Our guests can be assured of a warm welcome, top quality accommodation and attention to detail during their stay. The contribution of our excellent small team of staff with achieving this award has been a prime factor and we thank them for their continued interest and help.

Jane Saxon is the Media & Publicity officer for The North West Area of NAFAS. There are 16 clubs organising a Christmas Flower Festival “ENCHANTMENT” at Mirehouse, Keswick, Cumbria on Thur 29th Nov, Fri 30th Nov, Sat 1st Dec and Sun 2nd Dec 2007. There will be over 16 flower clubs working on the event, a wealth of amazingly talented flower arrangers, decorating over 18 areas at this delightful 17th Century Manor House.
